692) "Four-Leaf Clover" Coin titled "Silver Fortune" : Republic of Palau: A Silver 5 Dollars coin minted by CIT (Coin Invest Trust) AG through B.H. Mayer's Kunstprageanstalt, Munich in 2018:

On behalf of the State of Palau, CIT (Coin Invest Trust) AG has issued this coin in its on-going coin series - "Ounce of Luck" which commenced in 2010.

The Obverse & Reverse faces of the Silver 5 Dollars coin minted through CIT's latest Smartminting Technology in the shape of a four-leaf clover

Through the CIT's latest Smartminting Technology, this coin in the shape of a four-leaf clover has been issued for the first time. A four-leaf clover symbolises wishing a person good luck.

This coin titled - "Silver Fortune" -  is innovative in the sense that while all the previous issues in the series  featured a real, small four leaf clover, in the 2018 coin issue, the coin itself has been transformed into a clover-leaf through a complex minting technology.

Under maximum minting pressure, a blank produced specifically for this coin issue is turned into a little art-work which combines two difficult to unite components - an incredibly high relief and the very delicate features of a lavish ornamental surface, which curves like a clover-leaf.

On the upper side is mentioned "REPUBLIC OF PALAU" In the centre is the Emblem of the Republic of Palau, with its motto "RAINBOW'S END". Below the emblem is mentioned the coin's denomination "$5". Further below is mentioned the year of issue "2018".
